These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the mid-innings quiz contest (“Contest”). The Contest is being organized by authorized dealers of VinFast Auto India Private Limited (“VAIPL”), Authorized Dealer & VAIPL will be providing the Contest details on its their social media platforms and also on official website of VinFast www.vinfastauto.in (collectively, the Platform).

For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By showing interest in the contest (as defined herein), you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

1. Submission Guidelines
   1. Any person above 18 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest (“Participant”) on their own behalf only. Where any person is above18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require to book a VinFast brand vehicle through its authorized dealer.
   2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
2. Opening and Closing Date
   1. The Contest shall open on 19th Nov 2025 at 12:00PM IST and close on 15th Dec 2025 at 12:00 PM IST[DD1] .
   2. No Entry will be accepted once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause a above.
   3. VAIPL or any of its authorized dealer shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result in any Entry not being properly registered or received.
3. Prize
   1. Winners of the Contest (“Winners”) will be selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool from all eligible entries received.
   2. There will be multiple Winners in the Contest and the Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by authorized dealer of VAIPL  on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of the Winner.
   3. Each Participant adjudged winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by authorized dealer of VAIPL   to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
   4. The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner (“Prize”) will be two (2) tickets to India vs South Africa match played at its designated stadium, [DD2] as determined by authorized dealer of VAIPL at its sole discretion.
   5. The Prize for this Contest shall be distributed prior to, or on the day of the [DD3] relevant India vs South Africa match. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of the Winner.
   6. Authorized Dealer of VAIPL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another without providing any notice.
