VinFast India (“VinFast”) cautions customers, prospective customers, business partners and members of the public against fraudulent or unauthorized activities by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent VinFast. VinFast does not authorize any person or third party to make unofficial offers, solicit or collect payments, seek personal or financial information, or make commitments on behalf of VinFast except through its officially authorized channels, representatives, dealerships and business partners. Customers are advised not to rely upon or act on any unsolicited communication, advertisement, website, social media account, email, telephone call, message or other communication claiming to be from VinFast unless its authenticity has been independently verified through VinFast’s official channels. 

Particular caution should be exercised regarding unusually lucrative vehicle offers, discounted prices, requests for advance payments or transfers to personal/unauthorized bank accounts, requests for OTPs, passwords, banking credentials or other sensitive information, as well as fake dealerships, employment opportunities, distributorships, business proposals or persons impersonating VinFast, its employees, officers, dealers or representatives.

Before making any payment or sharing personal or financial information, please verify the authenticity of the communication and the identity of the concerned representative through VinFast’s official channels. VinFast shall not be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any loss, damage or liability arising from transactions, payments, information sharing or other dealings undertaken with any unauthorized individual or entity while disregarding VinFast’s official channels or verification procedures. Any suspicious communication, offer, website, social media account or activity using the name, logo or identity of VinFast or its employees, dealers or representatives should be promptly reported to VinFast through its official channels and, where appropriate, to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.
