Father's Day Contest 2026

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are with reference to your participation in the Father’s Day social contest (“Contest”). VAIPL will be providing the Contest details on its their social media platforms (collectively, the Platform).

For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By showing interest in the contest (as defined herein), you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

  1. Submission Guidelines
    1. Any person above 18 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest (“Participant”) on their own behalf only. 
    2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
    3. Employees of VinFast Auto India Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, authorized dealerships, distributors, agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
  2. Opening and Closing Date
    1. The Contest shall open on 18th June 2026 at 4:00PM IST and close on 20th June 2026 at 11:59PM IST.
    2. No Entry will be accepted once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause a above.
    3. VAIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result in any Entry not being properly registered or received.
  3. Prize
    1. Winners of the Contest (“Winners”) will be selected on the basis of the best storyline.
    2. There will be multiple Winners in the Contest and the Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by VAIPL on their personal social channel (Instagram, Facebook etc.) account of the Winner.
    3. The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner (“Prize”) will be one VinFast merchandise hamper, as determined by VAIPL at its sole discretion. 
    4. The Prize for this Contest shall be distributed by the 25th of June 2026 
    5. VAIPL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another without providing any notice.
